Entertainment Industry Security
In addition to the normal security challenges faced by any business in today’s environment the entertainment industry has many additional challenges that are unique to them. This is not news to those in the business nor is it news to those at Knight Protection. Knight Protection had its start providing security services to the entertainment industry and that remains a significant percentage of our business today.
Knight Protection has designed and implemented security plans for many of the industry’s leaders. Our experience includes audience screening, specialized security at award shows and concerts, executive and celebrity protection, as well as studio access control. We are the preferred security provider for events at the Shrine Auditorium.
Throughout our history we have been privileged to work with many music, film and television companies. We are proud to have been associated with award shows such as the Academy Awards, the MTV Movie Awards, the Writers Guild Awards, and the B.E.T. Awards. We have also provided security services for television productions such as Deal or No Deal, The Bonnie Hunt Show, The Secret Millionaire, The Young and the Restless and The Roseanne Show. Our experience in the music industry includes such noted and diverse artists as The Pussy Cat Dolls, 50 cent, The Cure, U2 and The Beach Boys.
In addition to security services, we have also been selected to provide investigative services to the entertainment industry, including Sony Pictures Entertainment, CBS Studios, Interscope Records, and The Culver Studios. Our investigative experience includes civil and criminal investigations, as well as threat assessment and management.
